How We Keep Projects Smooth
What counts as a page or screen
A page or screen is one unique layout or template. Examples include homepage, about, pricing, contact, login, dashboard, and profile. Minor states such as hover, error, and confirmation are included. Extra unique layouts are quoted.
Revisions
Packages include up to 3 rounds of revisions for each deliverable. Further revisions are available at our hourly rate and may affect the timeline.
Timelines and feedback
Estimated timelines appear in each package. Please share feedback within 5 business days of each delivery. Delays in feedback or content may extend the schedule.
Communication
We respond to urgent matters within 24 business hours. We respond to non-urgent matters within 72 business hours. We ask for similar timelines from our clients, so you always get what you need when you need it.
Working hours and extras
Each package is based on a sensible range of design hours for that scope. Extra work outside the package is quoted at our hourly rate.
Files and delivery
Final files are provided in web and print formats. Source files can be included for ongoing partnerships or on request.
Payments
A deposit is required to start. Larger packages can be split into milestones. Add-ons, rush requests, and new features are quoted.

Often, yes. Rush work is subject to availability and a rush fee.
Can you start before I have content?
Yes, for brand identity. For websites and apps we will need content or draft copy to design robust layouts.
Do you build sites on different platforms?
Yes! We can design on several platforms, however our preference is to design and build in WordPress with clean, flexible structures that clients can manage.
Do you support accessibility?
Yes! Accessibility is a standard consideration in our UX and visual systems. If you have specific needs, we are happy to accommodate.
Do you provide ongoing maintenance?
Yes! If you require ongoing maintenance for your sites and/or designs, we are happy to provide a quote for perpetual service.
